Prioritization Hack

What was the first thing that came to mind?

The topic we are going to discuss today is not something that.

Because if we prioritize the wrong thing, it will cost the company’s monthly burn rate back then. It will be our own hands that kill the product if we fail to realize this 😄

Let’s take a look at our new way of prioritizing:

1- Identify the 4 metrics you want to direct your business

2- Your teammates should score each of these metrics on a scale of 1–10

3- Calculate the average of each metric ( Average output can be an integer or half)

5- Sort them by priority, high to low ( Update this chart every week or every two weeks!
